✨️Board Member Monday✨️ For this week’s Board Member Monday spotlight we are featuring Bobby Cosic, Founder & CEO of COSIC Warehousing and Distribution. Bobby is a proud West Valley business owner whose journey reflects resilience, determination, and a deep commitment to community. Originally from Serbia, Bobby came to the United States with very little financially, but with a strong sense of purpose and belief in the opportunities this country provides. Growing up, he was influenced by his father’s work in transportation, which gave him early exposure to the industry and shaped his understanding of its potential. Equally important, his parents instilled in him a powerful work ethic that would later become the foundation of his success. After settling in the West Valley, Bobby quickly recognized it as a place where he could build both his life and career. With persistence and vision, he launched his own transportation and logistics company, dedicating himself to growing it over the past 17 years. Bobby’s success is closely tied to the community that supported him from the beginning. In appreciation, he established a foundation focused on giving back and creating opportunities for others. His work today reflects not only entrepreneurial achievement, but also a genuine desire to invest in the same community that helped him thrive.

At WESTMARC, we don't just see water as a resource—it is the lifeblood of our economy and the foundation of our future. This #WorldWaterDay, we celebrate the decades of strategic planning and investment that allow our desert cities to thrive. Water security gives businesses the confidence to invest here and families the certainty to call the West Valley home. Together, we’re building a resilient Arizona where innovation flows as steadily as our commitment to conservation. #WestValleyAZ #ArizonaWater #SustainableGrowth #PHXWestValley
