The asset library in Vizcom has always been where you store what matters and we just made it a lot more useful. Two new asset types are now in the panel: Prompts and Collections, alongside a new way to bring everything in it directly into Modify. Prompts can now be saved as assets. Develop a language that works and save it. Create a prompt, store it in your panel, and @ it by name in any future generation. Collections let you bundle up to nine images into a single referenceable unit from product angles to brand moodboards or style references and more. The more focused the images, the more consistent the output. And now all assets in your library are referenceable in Modify. The Vizcom team recently attended the inaugural PI Apparel STRIDE EU event in Venice, Italy focused on the future of footwear innovation. One thing became very clear throughout the event: the level of technical innovation happening in footwear right now is incredible. From recyclable 3D-printed footwear and advanced last-forming technologies to high-quality 3D scanning and AI integrated directly into the design process, it feels like the industry is entering a new era of experimentation and capability. Our Senior Product Expert Gergely Mihály and Head of Sales Alex Hanhauser presented on how footwear teams are currently using Vizcom, what workflows are emerging around AI-assisted design, and where we see things heading next. Beyond the presentation, we spent time meeting with designers, innovation teams, and technology partners learning directly from the people building products every day. Those conversations are one of the most valuable parts of events like this for us, understanding where these tools are already creating impact and where the industry still needs better solutions. Huge thank you to the PI - Fashion's Technology Community for bringing together such an inspiring group of people!

What if your early concepts and engineering models could stay better connected? With the new Autodesk Fusion + Vizcom integration, teams can move 3D designs between Vizcom and Fusion to keep concepts, engineering details, and stakeholder visuals aligned. That means fewer manual exports, less version confusion, and more time spent designing, reviewing, and making decisions. Fusion users can also try one month of Vizcom Pro FREE with code AUTODESK1MO.
