Today, Veris Residential announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by an investor consortium led by Affinius Capital, in partnership with Vista Hill Partners, in an all-cash transaction for $19.00 per share, representing an implied enterprise value of approximately $3.4 billion. This transaction represents the culmination of a five-year strategic transformation during which Veris evolved from a diversified portfolio into a sector-leading, pure-play, Class A multifamily REIT known for delivering exceptional resident experiences. The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2026, subject to shareholder approval and other customary closing conditions.
