🚨 AI Malware Simulator vs. Sandboxes: The First Public Sandbox Evaluation Based on AMTSO Standards 🚨 Venak Security is pleased to announce an upcoming public sandbox evaluation focused on the evolving capabilities of modern malware analysis technologies. This study presents the first public evaluation comparing leading sandbox and dynamic analysis platforms against AI-generated and evasive malware behaviors, following the AMTSO Sandbox Evaluation Framework Version 1.0. The evaluation covers key areas including: • Malware analysis capability • Anti-evasion effectiveness • Performance and scalability • Threat intelligence reporting • Integration and automation support • False negative handling All test samples were generated using Venak Security’s AI Malware Simulator technology, enabling safe and controlled simulation of advanced malware behaviors simulating real malicious code for the purpose of this first public sandbox evaluation. 📅 The full results and detailed findings will be published in early July. G DATA CyberDefense has done a great job, blocking 100% of our AI Malware Simulator samples before execution. As you can see in the video, the AV signature date is about two months earlier than the creation date of our AI Malware Simulator sample, yet G DATA was still able to block all of our samples.
