I’m incredibly proud to share a glimpse into the 30th Annual NREL Industry Growth Forum (IGF)—an event that brought together nearly 1000 innovators, visionaries, and changemakers from across the globe in the environmental technology ecosystem. With over 𝟰𝟱𝟬 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗽𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝟮𝟯𝟬+ investors, the forum was a powerful convergence of ideas, capital, and technology. And behind it all? An exceptional IGF team that made it happen. We: - Orchestrated main stage content, pitch competitions, judging sessions, and spotlights - Curated the Growth Stage Dialogue, Researcher Tech Talks, and Expo - Hosted happy hours, managed presenter logistics, and selected delicious menu offerings - Designed and installed signage around the venue - Developed a custom networking app that facilitated hundreds of 1:1 meetings between startups and investors—streamlining connection and deal flow across the renewable energy landscape All of this happened simultaneously—in a live, dynamic multi-day environment that took months of planning and an incredible amount of hard work.
