  • Huge congratulations to the Reditus Space | YC W25 team on announcing their ENOS mission and $7.1M raise! Reditus Space | YC W25 is building the first reusable satellite platform, scheduled to launch summer 2026. This matters because reusability is the only economically viable path to making microgravity R&D and manufacturing scalable. Making space access frequent and affordable opens entirely new possibilities for research, manufacturing, and commercial applications that have been cost-prohibitive until now. Reditus Space | YC W25 is building the infrastructure that makes this future possible. We've been proud to partner with the team since their YC W25 batch. Excited to watch this mission take flight next summer! 🚀 Read more here >>>  https://lnkd.in/e9p-6kny

The industry has been waiting for a scalable infrastructure that can enable high-frequency space access, we are building it now, faster than ever.” Read all about it here: https://lnkd.in/e9p-6kny

  • Congratulations to Thomas Lee Young, Aaryan Mehta, and the entire Interface team on their $3.5M seed round! Interface is building the AI operations layer for the industrial world. When a safety manager needs to prove lockout/tagout procedures align with OSHA standards, they get it instantly—not after hunting through binders or waiting on email chains. The industrial sector drives our lives, yet it's plagued by outdated software and unsafe operations. Preventable incidents cost thousands of lives and billions in downtime every year because critical information isn't accessible when it matters most. Interface is already serving Fortune 500 operators with hundreds of thousands of dollars saved per site and safer operations powered by faster access to accurate information. We've been partnering with the team since their early days, and it's been incredible to watch them execute at this pace. They're solving a massive problem with deep technical expertise and genuine empathy for the operators on the front lines. Keep up the great work!

The round was led by defy.vc, with participation from Precursor Ventures, Rock Yard Ventures, Entrepreneurs First, Transpose Platform, and a host of incredible angels! I grew up in Belgium in a Gujarati household. Gujaratis are notorious for starting their own businesses and although I was far from both Gujarat and Silicon Valley, I knew I wanted to build products where technology can make the biggest difference. Thomas Lee Young and I met at EF and he wanted the exact same thing. The world’s industrial sector drives our lives and, yet, it's plagued by outdated software and unsafe operations. • Huge congratulations to the Momentic team on their $15M Series A! Momentic is solving one of the most critical challenges in AI-powered development: verification. As AI generates more code, the real leverage shifts to systems that verify it actually works. They have become that verification layer. The source of truth and intelligent guardrail for how software behaves. The numbers tell the story. Last month alone, Momentic executed 200M+ test steps, caught 390K+ bugs, and automated nearly 300,000 hours of manual testing. We've been supporting Wei-Wei W.-Wei and Jeff since their early days, and it's been incredible to watch them build a product that's become essential infrastructure for modern software teams. This is just the beginning. Congrats to the entire team on this milestone! Check out their TechCrunch feature here >>> https://lnkd.in/e_AkqPMZ

Excited to announce Momentic has raised a $15M Series A led by Standard Capital 🎉 Since launching last year, teams of all sizes have adopted Momentic to keep up with modern development. Today, world-class teams like Notion, Quora, Webflow, and Xero trust us to make sure every release works the way it should. As AI generates more of the world's code, the real leverage shifts to systems that verify it works. Momentic is that verification layer, the source of truth and guardrail for how software behaves. I'm incredibly excited to partner with Standard Capital and work with Dalton Caldwell, Paul Buchheit, and Bryan Berg as we scale. Grateful for the continued support from Y Combinator, FCVC, Transpose Platform, and Karman Ventures, and thrilled to welcome Dropbox Ventures. Most of all, I'm grateful to everyone who’s helped get Momentic here: our team, investors, friends and family, and especially the customers who trusted us early. Everything we build is shaped by working alongside you. We are just getting started and we are hiring across engineering, sales, and marketing to scale. If you are excited our mission, I would love to meet you. More soon. 🚀

  • Congratulations to Charlene Wang, Warren Wang, and the entire Ember team on their $4.3M seed round led by Nexus Venture Partners! Healthcare AI has a dirty secret: most tools look impressive in demos but collapse during month-end close. They don't integrate with existing workflows, create operational complexity, and put compliance at risk. Healthcare CFOs can't afford downtime or audit failures. That's exactly what Ember solves. They've built an AI platform that automates medical coding, denial prevention, and prior authorization while integrating directly with EHR/PMS systems. The results speak for themselves: early customers have seen denial rates drop by more than 50% and net collections increase by 25%. Charlene Wang and Warren Wang understand that healthcare revenue cycle managers need first-pass yield and audit readiness, not tools that add complexity. Their focus on building vertical-specific AI that actually performs in production sets them apart. We've been proud to partner with this team from the early days. This funding accelerates their mission to bring AI-powered revenue integrity to every health system.

We raised $4.3M to build the AI platform for revenue integrity in healthcare. Warren Wang and I started Ember after the same story kept coming up in conversations with CFOs and billing directors: AI tools look great in demos, but they fail during month-end close. They don't integrate with the existing workflow. They create audit risk. Healthcare CFOs can't afford downtime or compliance failures. They need systems that reduce denial rates and cost-to-collect at scale, not tools that add operational complexity. That's the problem we're solving. Ember automates medical coding, denial prevention, and prior authorization while integrating directly with EHR/PMS. We built this for revenue cycle managers and CFOs who prioritize first-pass yield, audit readiness, and long-term stability. Early customers have seen denial rates drop by more than 50% and net collections increase by 25%. In a decade, every health system will run revenue integrity through AI platforms built for compliance and scale. We're building that. — This round was led by Abhishek Sharma (Nexus Venture Partners), with participation from Garry Tan & Jon Xu (Y Combinator), Yuri Sagalov (Wayfinder Ventures), Kulveer Taggar (Phosphor Capital), Jeff Heitzman & Niraj Shah (Multimodal Ventures), James Tan (Transpose Platform), Sue Xu & Larry Li (Amino Capital), Ren Du (Heuristic Capital). We're also backed by luminaries in healthcare - Malay Gandhi, Mandira Singh, Hao Huang, Trey R., John Shivdat, Vicky Yang, Amit Ghorawat - and an incredible group of angels, including Bin Lin, Ashton Udall, Khanh Nguyen, JJ Fliegelman, Richard Aberman, Jake Mintz, John Haddock, Ooshma Garg, Benjamin Bryant, Ben Congleton, Walter Chen, Joe L.. Thank you to our earliest customers who shaped this product, and to Warren for building this with me from day one.

  • We're thrilled to share that Transpose Platform has been ranked #4 globally and #2 in the US as the most active VC firm in PitchBook's Q3 2025 Global League Tables. This recognition reflects our commitment to backing ambitious founders at the earliest stages. Activity isn't the goal on its own. What matters is being there first for the founders building category-defining companies. These rankings validate our strategy of systematic access through accelerator partnerships and direct formation-stage investing. A huge thank you to our founders, LPs, and team who make this work possible. Your trust and ambition drive everything we do. This recognition comes at a pivotal moment in AI and infrastructure investing. We're more committed than ever to supporting the next generation of transformative companies. • Tokyo Founders' Day 2025 exceeded every expectation. Co-hosted with Japan Investment Corporation (JIC)/(株)産業革新投資機構 and IVS, we brought together Japan's most ambitious founders with global venture leaders for a day focused on one question: what does it take to build a global company from Tokyo? 📢 Jon Xu from Y Combinator joined our founder, Alex Bangash, for a fireside chat that cut through the noise on global fundraising. 📢 Toshiyuki Kumura from JIC opened with a powerful vision for Japan's role in the next wave of innovation. 📢 Y Combinator alumni shared hard-won lessons from building in both Japanese and American markets. The energy during the day proved why we're doubling down on Japan. Founders from pre-seed to Series A, engineers exploring startup ideas, and students ready to build were all in one room, sharing perspectives and forming connections that will compound for years. Thank you to everyone who joined us. The conversations started on Friday are just the beginning. We believe the next decacorn could come from Tokyo, Osaka, or Kyoto. And we're committed to being there from day one.

  • VIBE25-5: Welcome to San Fransokyo is officially in the books, and what a night it was. After our pre-hackathon happy hour, we brought over 160 of Tokyo's brightest student developers together with cutting-edge YC startups for a 4-hour creative sprint, and the energy was incredible! Teams built working demos using AI and codegen across domains from art to community tools to entirely new products. Special congratulations to our winners who took home not only the glory, but prizes and office hours with a YC Partner. The technical accomplishment and creativity we saw were beyond expectations. Massive appreciation to our judges from Random Labs, Crustdata (YC F24), Dedalus Labs, Outerport, Lingo.dev, VoiceOS, Shisa.AI, and Yukai Engineering Inc, who provided invaluable feedback to every team. Your expertise and time made this event possible. This was VIBE25's first international hackathon, and it reinforced what we've always believed: the next billion-dollar company could come from anywhere. Japan's technical talent is world-class, and we're excited to continue building this bridge between Tokyo and San Francisco. To everyone who joined us: keep building. The ideas prototyped last night could be the foundations of something transformative.

  • Huge congratulations to @Zynk on their $5M seed round! Zynk is rebuilding cross-border payments infrastructure from the ground up. They've created settlement infrastructure that lets payment companies move money across borders instantly without pre-funding. No idle capital sitting in foreign accounts. No treasury drag. Just real-time atomic settlement, corridor by corridor. The traditional model forces fintechs to raise millions in equity or debt just to pre-fund transactions at destination. Zynk eliminates that entirely by embedding liquidity within their network, allowing partners to enter new markets without local licenses or trapped capital. This is the start of a world where liquidity moves as freely as data. Looking forward to the journey to come!

  • Congratulations to superglue (YC W25) on coming out of stealth! Superglue is solving one of enterprise's most painful problems: legacy systems holding businesses hostage. They've built AI that understands your infrastructure, automatically converts SQL scripts and custom glue code into production-grade API integrations, and captures mission-critical knowledge before domain experts retire. The results are remarkable. Teams are cutting migration effort by 70% and turning what used to take months into weeks. Their platform ingests integration code and internal documentation, maps every system dependency, and auto-documents everything so companies can finally modernize without the massive resource drain. Excited to see what Superglue builds next as they help enterprises break free from legacy infrastructure and innovate without the hurdles. Check out more on their new site: www.superglue.ai

Incredibly excited to announce the launch of superglue (YC W25) We worked closely with our early adopters to refine the product and architect the best user experience. What we found working was astonishing: the code that was meant to propel their business was holding them back massively. The truth is, every industry is held together by invisible glue: scripts someone wrote 10 years ago, cron jobs that were tacked on here and there, and one-off connectors that no one wants to touch but the entire business depends on. That glue is brittle, undocumented, and one retirement or system upgrade away from bringing entire operations down. It slows migrations, holds back innovation, and costs companies millions. superglue fixes this: it’s an AI-powered integration platform that understands, builds and maintains the glue code behind enterprise systems. It captures internal know-how, analyzes system dependencies, and automatically builds better glue code for any system, file type, or format. It helps companies understand how their infra works and lets them make changes faster than ever before. The impact we’ve seen with early customers is astounding: one industrial giant used to spend weeks transforming legacy SQL to modern APIs. With superglue, they did it in days. Their business now runs on fully documented, fully transparent and auto-maintained operational syncs, reducing their cloud migration timeline to a fraction of the allocated time and costs. Legacy glue is holding back IT teams in every major enterprise today - better glue is the key to unlock the potential of AI and modern infrastructure. We are only getting started. Exciting times ahead! www superglue dot ai

  • Huge congratulations to Auston Bunsen and the AccessGrid team on their $4.4M seed round. AccessGrid is solving a problem that's long overdue: modernizing physical access control. Their API enables companies to issue digital key fobs directly to Apple and Google wallets, turning smartphones into secure access devices that work even when your phone is locked or dead. What makes this compelling is the security architecture. AccessGrid uses military-grade dual-encryption with uncloneable credentials that can be instantly revoked via the cloud. This replaces legacy systems from the late 1990s that run on-premises, use unencrypted communications, and rely on easily hackable ID cards. We've been partnering with the AccessGrid team since the beginning and it's been great watching them execute since their April launch. This is just the beginning!
