This delivery marks the start of a broader rollout, with up to 300 Toyota PROACE electric vans set to join KONE’s operations across Belgium and Luxembourg. By choosing Toyota’s PROACE electric range, KONE is taking an important step towards reducing its operational CO₂ emissions and advancing its sustainability ambitions. Today we're celebrating a milestone together with our colleagues from the UK! One year ago, Toyota Circular Factory UK set out to demonstrate that end-of-life vehicles could become the starting point for something new ♻️ Since launching in August 2025, the team has been building a safe and efficient dismantling operation by applying Toyota Production System principles in reverse, helping transform the way materials are recovered, reused and reintegrated into the automotive value chain. In its first year, Toyota Circular Factory UK has reached several important milestones: ✅More than 2,000 tonnes of materials recovered and recycled ✅An estimated 2,541 tonnes of carbon dioxide equivalent emissions avoided through enhanced dismantling ✅The first successful reintegration of end-of-life alloy wheels into new engine components, with projects now expanding to plastics, copper, steel and other materials ✅Recognition throughout increasing number of awards, including the 2026 Autotrader Drivers' Choice Award for Sustainability Initiative ✅Knowledge sharing across the industry through circular economy events and partnerships with like-minded organisations Behind every achievement is a dedicated team whose passion, expertise and commitment continue to bring circularity to life, alongside the support of our colleagues at Toyota Motor Manufacturing UK and our wider network of partners. 🎥 Click here to watch the full version video https://lnkd.in/exM9Rr9y

From light commercial vehicles to heavy-duty transport, Toyota is showcasing a multi-path approach to decarbonising business mobility at IAA TRANSPORTATION 2026. Toyota Professional is building on strong European growth with an ambition of 200,000 annual LCV sales and an 8% market share by 2030, supported by a complete electrified LCV range, customer-focused services and an expanding conversion network. This includes the future introduction of the Hilux FCEV in 2028, bringing hydrogen fuel cell technology to Toyota's light commercial vehicle portfolio.
