  • Cowork doesn't show up in your Microsoft tenant on its own. If you want Microsoft's new AI agent live for your users, there are 7 specific moves your admin needs to make. Skip any one and Cowork stays invisible. The list: 1. Assign a Copilot license ($30 per user, eligible M365 plan) 2. Enable Cowork Frontier in Admin Center 3. Add Anthropic as a subprocessor (yes, Anthropic, in a Microsoft product) 4. Confirm Anthropic is enabled on the subprocessor list 5. Set Anthropic user or group access 6. Make Cowork available to users 7. Deploy or install Cowork from the Agent Store The most common reason we hear "Cowork isn't working" is that someone enabled the tenant but forgot the Frontier access list. The license is there. The agent is not. If you're rolling this out, do it in order. We wrote the full playbook and the why behind each step. https://ow.ly/KHA950YYkoY #MicrosoftCopilot #Cowork #M365 #ITLeadership

  • Microsoft didn't invent Cowork. They shipped it fast by pairing Anthropic's frontier models with Microsoft's distribution. 5 things IT and business leaders should pay attention to: 1. Distribution beats invention. Microsoft owns the seats, the contracts, and the ecosystem to scale Cowork. That alone moves more enterprise AI than any model release. 2. Model quality changed the story. Cowork is viable now because the underlying intelligence got good enough to trust with multi-step work. 3. Better tech doesn't fix bad habits. A stronger agent won't turn weak user habits into strong ones by itself. 4. Governance decides the ROI. Readiness, permissions, rollout, training. That's where companies either get value or quietly lose it. 5. Buying licenses is not transformation. The real work is change management, not procurement. The companies that win the next 24 months won't be the ones with the most AI licenses. They'll be the ones who get their teams to actually use the tools. • Most of the AI tools your company has used for the last two years have been assistants. You ask a question, they answer. You ask for a draft, they write one. Then you do the work. The thing that just shipped inside Microsoft 365 is a different category. Copilot Cowork doesn't answer questions. It does work. You hand it a task, walk away, come back, and it has actually done the thing. Read the files. Edited the document. Ran the analysis. Tried, course-corrected, finished. That gap is the difference between assistant and agent. It is the single most important thing IT leaders need to internalize before they renew or expand their AI budgets in 2026. The Anthropic news got most of the attention this month. The category shift is the part that actually changes how your team works. If you don't grasp what an agent is, every conversation you have about AI ROI is going to miss. Full breakdown of how Claude Cowork, the old Copilot Chat, and the new Copilot Cowork actually differ is on the blog. https://ow.ly/37k350YYeop #Microsoft365 #Copilot #AI #Anthropic #ITLeadership

  • Microsoft just shipped its best AI product in three years. The reasoning engine inside it is Anthropic's. On March 9, they shipped Copilot Cowork. Same name as the Anthropic product that launched eight weeks earlier. Built in close collaboration with Anthropic. Microsoft did not rebrand it. Seven weeks later, the OpenAI partnership officially restructured. The exclusive license became non-exclusive. The AGI termination clause disappeared. Satya told analysts on the next earnings call that Microsoft now has "the broadest model selection of any hyperscaler." Translation: Microsoft has reorganized around being the cloud where you run any frontier model, including ones from companies that compete with it. Cowork still feels about ninety days behind what Anthropic and OpenAI ship direct. But for the first time in three years, a Microsoft AI release is not embarrassingly behind. They got there by stepping out of the model race and shipping someone else's engine inside their chassis. The chassis is real. Entra, SharePoint, Teams, the procurement contracts, the governance. That stuff has always been the moat. Full analysis, plus the tenant settings most admins have wrong, is in the blog. https://ow.ly/wAlI50YYbAo #Anthropic #MicrosoftAI #CopilotCowork #AIInnovation #FrontierModels

  • Three people at the same company used AI to write a client proposal last week. Same tool. Same client. Same project. Three completely different outputs. The AI did exactly what it was supposed to do. Each person fed it their own version of the company, their own phrasing, their own sense of what mattered. The AI ran with whatever it got. This isn't an AI problem. It's a documentation problem that AI just made impossible to ignore. Every leader at a growing company has said some version of "I wish we had time to write all this down." You meant it. But the payoff was theoretical. You couldn't point to a dollar figure and say this is what consistent documentation would save us this quarter. So it waited. AI changed the math. When ten people use AI tools every day and none of them work from the same source of truth, every gap in your organizational knowledge gets multiplied. Constantly. Every prompt, every draft, every AI-generated email is another chance to say something different than the last person did. The good news is the work you always wished you had time to do now has a concrete payoff. And the documentation you build for AI ends up solving problems you've had a lot longer than you've had AI tools. Voice. Process. Customer context. Three documents. One owner each. Reviewed quarterly. Full writeup here, plus the framework we give our consulting clients: https://lnkd.in/dC_MWSdx

  • Unpopular opinion: AI adoption isn't your biggest challenge right now. Your documentation gap is. If your brand voice lives in one person's head... if your best project manager's process has never been written down... if your sales team's client intel exists only in the CRM notes of people who might leave tomorrow — AI is going to make all of that worse. Fast. Every tool your team uses will produce a different version of your company. Constantly. The fix isn't a new tool. It's the work you've been putting off for years: writing down who you are, how you work, and who you serve. We laid out exactly what to document, who should own it, and how to keep it current. Read it on the THINK blog → https://lnkd.in/eUKHPzNE

  • Our clients are NUTS for us. 🥜 And honestly? We can't even argue with it — they literally just sent us a giant box of hazelnuts to prove it. We've had the privilege of partnering with this incredible client for well over 10 years. And the truth is, the feeling is completely mutual. Their loyalty, their trust, and now apparently their snack game. We're grateful for all of it. This is what it looks like when partnerships go beyond the contract. It becomes something real. To our hazelnut-sending friends: thank you. We don't take it for granted. Not the partnership, not the decade-plus of trust, and definitely not the snacks. 🙌 Here's to many more years (and hopefully more boxes). 💚 #THINK #ClientLove #PartnershipGoals #Grateful #Hazelnuts #TeamTHINK #Ocala #Florida #IT #Technology

  • Unpopular opinion: most businesses don't need more software. They need to actually use what they have. Half the AI transformation conversations we have start with a stack of tools that are either underutilized, overlapping, or completely disconnected from each other. Before you buy the next platform, ask: → Are we getting full value from what we already pay for? → Do our tools actually talk to each other? → Does our team know how to use them effectively? → Is there AI built into tools we already own that we've never activated? Real AI transformation isn't always about new technology. Sometimes it's about unlocking what's already there. That's a big part of what our AI Readiness Assessments uncover — and it saves our clients money before they spend a dollar on anything new. Am I wrong? What's your experience been with underused tech in your business? #thinkAI #AITransformation #BusinessEfficiency #TechStack #FloridaBusiness
