Core Responsibilities 🔷 Lead creation, development, and documentation of system architectures and interface definitions. 🔷 Act as the primary point of contact for communicating architecture across internal and external teams 🔷 Translate mission requirements into complete system solutions, considering design maturity constraints. 🔷 Support and present at internal/external design reviews. 🔷 Maintain expertise in emerging technologies, analysis methods, and modeling tools. 🔷 Develop architectural guidelines and models for current and future system development. Minimum Qualifications 🔹 Bachelor’s (or higher) in Systems, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or related STEM field. 🔹 Hands‑on experience with space communication/sensing processor design and architecture. 🔹 Experience developing, architecting, and testing digital electronics technologies and algorithms. 🔹 Proven ability to define requirements for space processing systems. 🔹 U.S. citizen eligible for TS/SCI clearance. Desired/Preferred Experience 🔹 8+ years of relevant experience; advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in a related discipline is a plus. 🔹 Demonstrated leadership in digital space‑processing systems engineering and architecture. 🔹 Experience with simulation, modeling, and integration of networking or payload‑processing algorithms. 🔹 Background in designing space payloads and mentoring engineers/researchers. 🔹 Active TS/SCI clearance (or ability to obtain).
