We just wrapped up our annual Ridge retreat in Santa Monica and it was one for the books! 🌴 We had team members fly in from all over the world — from NYC to the Philippines — and spent the week doing what we do best: building connections as a fully remote team. This year's retreat was all about team bonding and making the most of our time together. We went deep on what's coming next for our products, cheered on the Dodgers at Opening Day, hit Universal Studios, and even had our Meta reps join in on the fun. When you're a remote-first company, weeks like this matter. It's rare to get everyone in the same room, so we make every minute count. Already can't wait for next year's retreat back in LA. 🙌
