Throughout Women’s History Month, we've been reminding you why advancing women leaders still matters. The data is clear: when women lead, organizations perform better, and communities grow stronger. But the data also tells us that progress is not guaranteed. According to research from McKinsey and LeanIn.org, companies with strong female leadership can generate up to 50% higher earnings. And yet: - Women hold only ~29% of C-suite roles - For every 100 men promoted to manager, just 81 women are promoted - At the current pace, full parity is still nearly 50 years away Progress doesn’t happen on its own. It happens when we invest in women, advocate for one another, and stay committed to moving forward. Because when women advance, everything advances. #WomensHistoryMonth #WomenWhoLead #WHM2026
