    Leaders from across Textron recently participated in the Textron University, How Washington Works program. The immersive, three‑day experience provided a deep dive into how Textron navigates the D.C. ecosystem—from Congress and federal agencies to program development, budgeting, and government decision‑making. Participants also heard directly from Textron leaders on international sales, external affairs, and state and local engagement.
