T4 HR | Consulting is launching a global study on cross‑generational decision making in the workplace. For the first time in history, six generations are working together, each bringing distinct expectations, communication styles, and approaches to risk and accountability. This study explores how those differences show up in everyday decisions and how they influence clarity, speed, and alignment across teams. Our goal is to surface practical insights that help leaders strengthen collaboration and reduce friction in fast‑moving environments.   • An tale from one of our #T4HR executive consultants to those contemplating or in the midst of career transition: Not all career changes come with fanfare. Some come softly like a little boat moving away from a known shore. When I transitioned into consulting, I wasn't seeking upheaval, I was seeking alignment.  Full-time roles offered structure, predictability, and a clear map, but something deeper called me. A need to build frameworks that flex with change, to guide organizations through transitions with empathy and precision, and to shape culture from the inside out.  Consulting felt like stepping into a boat on a moonless night, lit only by a lantern.  The destination wasn’t fully visible, but the light was mine.  I've learned that:   • Clarity doesn’t always come first, it sometimes follows courage.  • Impact doesn't have to be loud. It can be experienced in the still moments.  • Growth is not necessarily linear.
