Symetrec is the standard for AI-era work. We credential professionals through the Flux Standard and measure organizations through the Foundation Score. The Flux Standard is a six-tier, performance-based credential for professionals who deliver business outcomes using AI as an integrated tool. No multiple choice. No study guide. No vendor lock-in.
