Please be advised that effective June 1, 2026, the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk will increase the real estate fraud prosecution recording fee from $5 to $10 per applicable document. This adjustment is intended to support the collection of funds used for the purpose of deterring, investigating and prosecuting real estate fraud crimes.
