In honor of Paul’s volunteer leadership and impact, the MassMutual Foundation awarded a $10,000 donation to The Cleveland Project, an organization dedicated to expanding opportunity through education, mentorship and sport for young people in Cleveland and Northern Ireland. 🌍🏀 For Paul, this mission is deeply personal. Having grown up in Belfast, Northern Ireland, during a period of conflict, Paul experienced firsthand how division can shape communities. When longtime friend and The Cleveland Project founder Shane Donnelly launched an initiative centered around bringing young people together through basketball, Paul immediately connected with the purpose behind it. “When young people learn, compete and grow alongside one another, barriers begin to break down in meaningful ways.
