  • As I prepare to conclude my time as President of the Senior Executives Association, I have been reflecting on just how much this community has meant to me over the years. Serving SEA has truly been one of the greatest honors of my career. Throughout my time in this role, I have had the privilege of working alongside extraordinary public servants and leaders who continue to show up every day with dedication, integrity, and a deep commitment to strengthening government and serving the American people. What makes SEA special has always been its people. This organization is built on leaders who believe in mentorship, collaboration, service, and supporting one another through both challenges and opportunities. I am incredibly proud of all that SEA has accomplished and even more optimistic about where the organization is headed next. To our members, Board, volunteers, partners, and leadership community, thank you for your support, partnership, and friendship throughout this journey. It has been a privilege to serve this organization and this community. While my term as President may be coming to a close, I will always remain a proud supporter of SEA and the important work this organization continues to do on behalf of career executives across government. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to serve. Marcus L. Hill President Senior Executives Association

  • Memorial Day is more than the start of summer. It is a moment to pause and remember the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Across the SEA community, many of our members have served alongside those we honor during this holiday. Others continue the mission of public service every day through civilian leadership across government. We remember the sacrifice. We honor the legacy. And we remain committed to leading with purpose in service to the American people. From all of us at the Senior Executives Association, we wish you a meaningful and reflective Memorial Day.
