When the team first floated a Women's History Month campaign, I was skeptical. Borderline unsupportive, actually. I was terrified of joining the the mass of brands using stock photos of women high-fiving in blazers. A purple-tinted logo. A LinkedIn post that's more about the company than the people it's supposedly celebrating. It's the opposite of everything I stand for. But, I underestimated our Sendoso team. They came back with something different. Something that was entirely focused on the women being recognized, not on us. And I love it. Give Her Flowers is simple: nominate a woman who shaped your career, who advocated for you in closed rooms, who became your cheerleader. Tell us how she showed up for you, and give us one word to describe her. We've received over 100 nominations so far and I've read every single one. I'm won't pretend that it wasn't moving. I have never reported to a woman. Not once in my career. I have reported to men, and many of them have been wonderful, supportive advocates (but this post is not for them). Yet, I've had countless women in my corner. Cheering for me in rooms I wasn't in, advocating for me, pushing me toward opportunities I didn't think I was ready for. Picking me up when I was down and doubting. That's what these nominations kept coming back to. A woman who believed in someone before they believed in themselves. A sponsor who put her name behind yours. A leader who said "you're ready" before you felt ready. 70% of women in leadership say their success was made possible by another woman. (Cigna Women in Leadership Study) That stat doesn't surprise me at all. Nominations close end of day Tuesday, March 31st. If there's a woman in your life who has made an impact, big or small, go give her her flowers. She deserves to know. https://bit.ly/4deoDp2

  • What if digital fatigue isn’t a channel problem, rather, an orchestration problem?    Buyers don’t need more automation. They need better timing, relevance, and  intentional human touchpoints — the kinds of moments that research shows can accelerate deal cycles and increase win rates when used strategically.    On 4/2 @ 11 am PT, Matt Heinz and Patricia DuChene will unpack how teams are using AI behind the scenes, not as the voice, but as the decisioning layer.    Save your virtual seat today for “Cutting Through the Digital Noise: Real Engagement in the AI Era”! • Targeting one lead and calling it a day is giving strong 1987 TV energy. 📺 Meanwhile, your deal is stuck in a group chat with 8 stakeholders and no one can agree on anything. We’re unpacking this tomorrow—how buying groups actually make decisions, where most ABM + outbound falls apart when more than one stakeholder is involved, and what actually moves the needle when you’re selling to a committee. Brandie (Intentsify), Andrea (Inverta), and Austin Sandmeyer 🔥🎁 will be there, you should be too! Last chance to grab a spot 👇 https://bit.ly/47lQG1Z
