Bound Tree appreciates Congressmen Mike Carey and Lloyd Doggett for introducing HR 2538 -The Comprehensive Alternative Response for Emergencies Act (CARE) which will start the process for reforming Medicare reimbursement to EMS agencies regardless of whether a patient is transported to a hospital.
