  • Had an incredible time supporting the impact.com team at their SKO yesterday! A major theme throughout the SKO was moving away from feature-dump selling and toward a cohesive, outcome-driven story. We saw that strategy in action during a presentation from Morgan Ballevre and a live demo from one of his team members, which their team has already used with customers and received strong feedback on. Joshua Keeler and Michael Cotney also hosted a working session focused on token creation, answering questions and connecting with the broader team (plus handing out some well-earned swag). Excited to see enablement continue to expand from here. We’re proud to be the “ace up the sleeve” in Impact’s demo strategy and how they tell their product's story. Looking forward to what’s ahead!

  • Last week, we brought our GTM teams together for an annual kickoff. Two full days of planning and team building to start 2026 strong. Most importantly, we aligned on our mission to serve our customers at the highest level and to develop the most innovative AI-native technology in the category. That focus is what drives everything we do. Huge credit to our incredible GTM leaders, Christina Simms, Danny Garcia, and Melissa Mandel, for leading the charge and putting together a kickoff that was both thoughtful and energizing.
