Interiors are just as alluring—and just as firmly rooted in place. The open lobby has a building-length gallery wall with color-rich pieces by New York City–based creatives, including graffiti artists Cope2 and CRASH/John Matos and Libby Schoettle, her Shake it Up, a pop art–inflected collage, featuring her cool-kid alter ego PhoebeNewYork. The phrase “life is beautiful,” by Mr Brainwash, sprawls across the faceted reception desk, and the adjacent gallery engages directly with the surrounding neighborhood via the glass curtain wall opposite. Last week, marked an important milestone as major infrastructure work commenced for the Veridea project. RXR has partnered with Lee & Associates for retail leasing and consulting services to help shape the future of this development. What started as a 16-year journey in 2009 is now entering a new chapter. With RXR stepping in as the lead in 2023, this project is focused on driving economic growth in the Town of Apex.
