We celebrated our unparalleled team this week with some sweet treats! We’re grateful to be part of a team that embodies respect, support, and friendship, and this was just a very small something for the very big people we’re privileged to work with each day. To all those hard-working professionals out there, wishing you a very happy Employee Appreciation Day!

Two years ago, I merged my company of 8 years—Park Data Solutions—with Roth&Co. And what a journey it’s been.    What started as a 40-person development team is now a team of 80+ engineers, data specialists, and AI experts.   But growth isn’t about headcount — it’s about capability.    This next phase of growth has allowed us to expand our impact in ways I always knew were possible:   • Deliver deeper executive-level clarity from complex data through our expanded Power BI & Data team • Accelerate intelligent automation with practical, ROI-focused AI solutions • Further strengthen secure, scalable cloud and DevOps infrastructure • Build more ambitious custom web and mobile platforms that drive measurable results • Invest far more in continuous learning so our clients always get forward-thinking expertise   Since the merger, we’ve been partnering with companies across diverse industries to modernize their systems, improve their reporting, and build technology that supports long-term growth. (Of course, we’ve also kept close ties with many clients who trusted us back in the Park Data Solutions days and stuck it out through the transition) And none of it would have been possible without my incredible Roth&Co team. Chaya Siegfried, CPA, MST, did an exceptional job presenting at the exclusive Amcon Recruitment event in Tel Aviv: Building and Leading U.S. Subsidiaries of Israeli companies.
