Across research and industry, he’s built a track record of translating frontier research into production impact—conducting reinforcement learning research at Stanford, leading end-to-end RLHF research and development for Roblox’s Coding Studio platform, and building internal AI tooling used at Arrowstreet Capital. His experience spans model evaluation, retrieval systems, reinforcement learning, and applied ML pipelines across finance and developer platforms. Whether advancing investment research workflows or scaling developer experiences with performance and safety in mind, Harry brings a rare mix of research depth and systems thinking. At Resolve AI, we're pushing the boundaries of agentic systems—multi-agent architectures that debug, act, and learn inside live production environments. Harry’s background in foundation models, reinforcement learning systems, and model evaluation will be a powerful asset as we continue evolving the intelligence and reliability of our platform. She brings a rare blend of strategy, operations, and hands-on execution that you only develop by doing the work at the highest levels. Her background speaks for itself: Harvard University JD/MBA, Partner at McKinsey & Company where she spent 7+ years advising Fortune 500 and pre-IPO tech companies on GTM, pricing, commercial operations, and AI-enabled operating models. She also co-led McKinsey's Industrial Distribution Practice in North America. But honestly, what got us most excited was her operator track record. As Chief Business Officer at Palmetto, she built and scaled core commercial and operating functions at a $1B+ clean tech company. Before that, she ran a full P&L as President & GM at ezhome, scaling a tech-enabled services division 10x in 12 months. She doesn't just advise on growth. She's lived it. He brings both polish and performance to every surface he touches. Across roles at LinkedIn, Quantcast, and PayPal, Abhishek has consistently delivered high-impact frontend systems, built shared component libraries, and driven architectural decisions that scale with growth. His work spans everything from building security frameworks to telemetry SDKs to recruiter tooling used by millions daily.
