With five years of industry experience, Scott brings a strong foundation in collaboration, communication, and keeping teams aligned toward shared goals. • The conversation around physician engagement is evolving. In our last digital twin video, Tim Pantello, CEO, and Michael Cole, chief strategic development officer, explored how AI, trust, and the Point-of-Learning are reshaping healthcare communications. Now, they take that conversation one step further — from the Point-of-Learning to the Point-of-Clinical-Decision. Because the most influential moment isn’t simply when a physician encounters information. It’s when they are actively evaluating treatment paths, reviewing diagnostic signals, and making real-time clinical decisions. In this video, Michael and Tim discuss how workflow integration, predictive intelligence, and clinically aligned messaging are helping brands move beyond visibility and closer to decision proximity. #HealthcareMarketing #PharmaMarketing #PointofClinicalDecision

  • The future of physician engagement isn’t just about faster access to information. It’s about earning trust in the moments that shape clinical understanding. • The moment of diagnosis is one of the most overwhelming and most important moments in a patient's life. It's also when they're most receptive to learning. Level One was designed to meet patients right there, in those first critical hours after a T1D diagnosis. Research on how patients use Level One to build confidence and understanding is heading to the ADA 2026 Scientific Sessions in New Orleans. If you're attending, stop by the Poster Hall Monday, June 8 | 12:30 to 1:30 PM during the General Poster Session to learn more from Sam Glassenberg's poster. #ADA2026 #DiabetesEducation #T1D #Type1Diabetes #PatientOnboarding #LevelOne #NewOrleans

  • Relevate Health is proud to shine a spotlight on Jad Aboulhosn. Jad joined Relevate Health six months ago as a Senior DevSecOps Engineer, focused on delivering secure, scalable TechOps infrastructure and supporting the continued development of our internal AI system, ELEktra. When asked what he’s enjoyed most so far, Jad points to the people, the impact, and the work itself. He especially appreciates the supportive culture at Relevate Health and the encouragement he’s received from colleagues and leadership. Being able to do meaningful work in a positive environment is something he doesn’t take for granted. Outside of work, Jad stays busy with woodworking, pottery, DJing, and music production. On a nice day, you’ll likely find him hiking with his husky, Maya. Looking ahead, Jad is excited about the dramatic shifts AI will continue to bring to our workstreams and the opportunity to help build new tools that move our teams forward. He’s always open to collaboration, ideas, and questions. Thank you for everything you do, Jad.

  • Research from Level One has been selected for a poster presentation at the American Diabetes Association's 2026 Scientific Sessions in New Orleans. The poster from Sam Glassenberg, "Diabetes, A Neuroscience-Informed Mobile Game to Accelerate Type 1 Diabetes Onboarding and Conceptual Understanding," will be featured in the Diabetes Education category and published in Diabetes® journal. Level One was built to reach patients within hours of their T1D diagnosis, when they're most actively trying to understand how to manage their condition. This research captures what's actually happening during those critical early days. Let's connect if you're planning to be there. #ADA2026 #Type1Diabetes #T1D #DiabetesEducation #LevelOne #PatientEducation #DiabetesResearch
