Transformation is critical to… Leader success and team success. As a leader, when we are leading through transformation we must be prepared to do the work ourselves and walk the talk. There are some simple ways to help us stay the course: ✅ Reflection - what’s working for us and where are we struggling? ✅ Open ended questions for the team - how is the new way of working going for them? Really? ✅ Making a plan of how we are going to do things differently is more likely to lead to us doing things differently. We don’t grown new neuropathways without a plan. Leadership can feel hard.
