As AI continues its explosive growth, the data centers powering this revolution are facing fundamental constraints around power delivery and safety within these new AI factories. In the span of five years, we expect GPUs alone will consume 5x more power, while rack density will increase 8x. This poses unprecedented infrastructure challenges. Q1 2026 was a quarter of execution. Eagle Line, our highly automated pilot production line, is live and producing initial volumes of QSE-5 cells, with AI-enabled process control driving improvements in quality and reliability. Other Q1 milestones included: - Successfully completed a technology evaluation with another Top-10 global automotive OEM, moving into the joint development phase - Shipped cells to a JDA partner for testing - Recorded our first customer billings from ecosystem partners - Welcomed Dr. Ross Niebergall to our Board of Directors and Dr. Mark T.
