Our network has been rated as a Leader in AI Consulting Services by Forrester. Highlights from the report: 🔸 Our AI vision meets clients where they are based on their AI maturity. Our partner ecosystem reinforces this, as we were the first reseller of OpenAI’s ChatGPT Enterprise and a launch partner for Anthropic’s industry offerings. 🔸 Our change management experience draws on lessons from rolling out Microsoft Copilot to 230,000 of our own people, with double-digit productivity gains across the firm. 🔸 Forrester also recognised our strength in helping global, regulated organisations scale AI from task augmentation to full process reinvention. AI’s growing role changes what good consulting looks like. It takes engineering depth, industry context, and a responsible approach built in from the beginning. Ask any finance lead what eats their team’s time, and manual reconciliation across different systems will be high on the list. At Veolia Romania, we rebuilt the process with Workday Adaptive Planning and replaced manual extracts with automated data loads. It gave the business a reliable view of financial performance. Managers now view their actuals against budget, which gives them room to act on what they see. AI is accelerating the race between cyber attackers and defenders. Deepfake voices and language-adaptive phishing are harder to spot. But AI also is an opportunity to match the pace, enabling faster detection and automated containment. Organisations need to understand and manage risk across their entire network of partners and platforms because the most impactful breaches in 2025 originated through trusted third parties. Rainwater runs off roofs, roads, and car parks into the system, and someone has to pay to treat it. Up to 40% of our client’s rainwater fees were going uncollected. We built a fully automated AI solution to fix that. Our solution uses AI, remote sensing, and computer vision to analyse urban surfaces automatically. It identifies discrepancies, speeds up verification, and recovers revenue the client didn’t even know they were missing. People expect their food and drinks to support their wellness goals. They want their snack to fuel energy and their supplement routine to keep them well. The health and nutrition market is projected to reach $800 billion by 2035, driven by this and other shifts. And three segments present compelling growth opportunities: 🟧 Fortified and functional foods appeal to consumers who want products with added nutritional benefits such as extra protein and fibre. 🟧 Daily supplements address a shift toward prevention as the priority. Consumers are taking charge of their health now. 🟧 Personalised nutrition is expanding rapidly, driven by advances in wearable health trackers, AI analytics, and diagnostics that are connected and coming down in cost. Last Friday we brought together business leaders from Hungary and across CEE at the Hungaroring racetrack in Budapest for our CEE Business Leaders Exchange, and the conversations matched the setting. We unpacked the latest CEO Survey findings from Hungary and the region, putting the question to the room: How do you lead when everything is changing? Touring car world champion Norbert Michelisz shared what elite performance looks like from behind the wheel. Then he handed over the keys and joined our Partners and guests on the track. Thank you to our moderator Batiz András for guiding an open and honest discussion, to Norbert for the inspiration and the laps, to László Radványi and Agnieszka Gajewska for leading the conversation, and to Adam Dallos, and the PwC Hungary team for hosting with such care. Having an event like this is also a nod to our global partnership with Formula 1, where PwC is helping rewire race operations for speed, resilience, and sustainable growth. Motorsport and business have more in common than you might expect. #Transformation #FutureofCEE #Clients Piotr Michalczyk, Ivo Dolezal, Jason Wardell, Jeffery McMillan, Tatiana Florina, Tessa McIver, Akos Burjan, LL.M., Eniko Konczol, Marta Szucs, Gabor Halmosi, Szabolcs Mezei, Krisztina Komives, Antal Kerekes, Tamas Locsei, Gabor Farkas, Roland Balogh, FCCA

Only 28% of CEE organisations treat sustainability as a major factor when picking a cloud provider (vs 35% in EMEA). The real action is happening where teams can measure results: sustainable infrastructure and supplier alignment lead the way. Responsible AI practices within cloud in CEE are also lagging behind EMEA. Fewer organisations ensure responsible AI design and governance oversight through their cloud use. These practices are newer, less standardised, harder to operationalise.
