When the unexpected happens, small moments of comfort can make a meaningful difference. For over 100 years, P&G and our brands like Tide, Pampers, and Always have shown up for communities impacted by natural disasters. Together with longtime partners like Direct Relief and Matthew 25: Ministries, we've helped make the road to recovery a little easier by delivering the health and hygiene products and services families rely on every day. This year, with Matthew 25: Ministries and Walmart, we're building on that legacy, as seven new multi-service vehicles join our disaster relief fleet, including mobile shower units and Tide Loads of Hope laundry trailers. Once operational, they will help us reach 90% of the mainland U.S. within eight hours of a disaster. Learn more about the P&G Disaster Relief Program: https://lnkd.in/esU-nNM2 #PGDisasterRelief

What brings someone to P&G, and what makes them stay? We asked some of our employees, and their answers reflect the culture we strive to build every day: one where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to contribute their unique perspectives, grow their careers, and do their best work. When our people feel a sense of belonging, we can better understand the consumers we serve, collaborate in new ways, and create innovations that improve everyday life. Hear what brought them here and what’s made them stay, then visit PGCareers.com to learn more. #BelongingIsOurBusiness #UniqueAndUnited #PGAndMe

What if a simple symbol could make everyday products easier to identify by touch – and shopping easier for everyone? That’s the question P&G’s Company Accessibility Leader Sumaira Latif (Sam) set out to answer, inspired by her own experience as a blind consumer. For Sam, everyday routines from grocery shopping to doing laundry could bring unexpected challenges, since most packaging relies almost entirely on visual cues. Working with blind and low-vision consumers, P&G helped bring Sam’s idea to life with tactile markings – raised stripes and circles that help consumers distinguish between products by touch. But the benefit doesn't stop there: when we design with accessibility in mind, we create better experiences for everyone. And the opportunity extends beyond P&G. Our hope is that tactile markings continue expanding across products, brands, and industries, making everyday moments like shopping easier, accessible, and more intuitive for more people. Every great innovation starts with an idea. 125 years ago today, a simple idea changed the way the world shaved. Pictured here is a first production Gillette razor, inspired by King C. Gillette's vision to make shaving safer, easier and more convenient through a disposable blade system. Today, as part of P&G's family of trusted brands, Gillette continues to raise the standard in grooming through superior innovation designed to meet the evolving needs of consumers around the world. As we celebrate Gillette's 125th anniversary, we're proud of the ingenuity, craftsmanship and consumer-first thinking that have shaped the brand's remarkable legacy and continue to drive its future. Here's to the next chapter!

Julia Semenchenko, Senior Director of Supply Network Operations for Europe Baby Care, attributes her growth in AI fluency to her digital mentor, Daniel Dolz. “I’ve been truly impressed by the natural and engaging style of my digital mentor — it has been both inspiring and impactful,” Semenchenko said. “His guidance on AI has been particularly valuable, sparking actionable learning and providing high-quality resources.” This experience translated into real-world success as Semenchenko applied her newfound AI skills to enhance a recent business event. “This mentorship has been a catalyst in advancing my leadership journey in the digital space,” she said. At P&G, reverse mentoring is more than just a trend; it's a strategic lever for innovation, inclusion, and future-ready leadership. By amplifying voices from every level, we’re not only building digital muscle but also fostering a culture where every perspective shapes what’s next. The future of manufacturing isn’t just about enhancing digital capability. It’s also about equipping people to make the most of it. That’s the idea behind SPARK, our Skills Program for Advancing Digital Resilience & Knowledge. Through hands-on learning and real-world problem solving, SPARK helps our manufacturing employees build digital fluency, apply data and technology on the factory floor, and grow into new careers and digital leadership roles. The program led to P&G’s recent recognition as one of Fast Company's 2026 Best Workplaces for Innovators in the Industrial and Manufacturing category. We’re proud of this recognition and that our people are building the skills they need to lead in an increasingly digital world. How can marketers stay effective in a world of constant change? I was recently asked this question on the WARC Effective CMO podcast. My answer: focus on what doesn't change. While technology, media, and commerce continue to evolve at an incredible pace, the fundamentals of building brands remain remarkably consistent. It starts with deeply understanding consumers, identifying their needs, and creating brands that deliver superior performance and value that improve their lives. What does marketing effectiveness mean today? Marketing effectiveness means driving brand growth and creating value. At P&G, we measure that through what we call the "five-fecta": brands growing the market, growing market share, growing users, growing sales, and growing profit. If marketing isn't helping create those outcomes, it's not effective. What role will AI play in the future of marketing? AI is an incredibly powerful set of tools that can help marketers move faster, create brand assets at a higher volume and more effectively, and unlock new opportunities for innovation. But technology doesn't replace consumer understanding, creativity, or judgment. If anything, it makes those capabilities even more important. Thank you to Anna Hamill and WARC for the conversation. Healthy forests don't happen by accident. They rely on responsible management, strong standards and collaboration across the supply chain. That's why we're working with suppliers, NGOs and certification partners to help expand responsible forestry and increase the availability of certified fiber. Our work with the Forest Stewardship Council spans multiple initiatives designed to advance forestry certification and conservation. This includes supporting adoption of forest management standards in Canada, helping landowners expand FSC-certified acreage, funding research, and increasing awareness of responsible forestry. Together, these efforts help strengthen the long-term health of forests and the communities and wildlife that depend on them. As we recognize #FSCForestWeek, we're proud of the partnerships helping drive progress toward a future where responsibly managed forests can continue providing environmental, social and economic benefits for generations to come. At P&G, putting consumers first starts with bringing different perspectives to the table to better understand the people we serve. This Hispanic Heritage Month, we're recognizing P&G's Hispanic employees and allies whose perspectives help us better understand consumers and create products and experiences people love. At our internal LatinOvation showcase, our Hispanic employee network brought innovators, leaders, and brand builders together around the theme “Powered to Win” — sharing their unique experiences and exploring how our people drive innovation and business success. P&G Chief Research, Development, and Innovation Officer Victor Aguilar reinforced how fostering a culture where all employees can thrive helps us deliver on our ambition to win with all consumers. Attendees also heard lessons on performance, resilience, and continuous growth at work and beyond. When our people are empowered to grow, contribute, and lead, we’re better equipped to understand and serve the consumers who count on our brands every day.
