Leadership development isn’t about fixing what’s wrong.  It’s about investing in what’s possible.    When employees are selected for development, it sends a clear message:  We see you.  We believe in you.  We’re investing in your future.    Through PRADCO’s Manager Development Program, organizations are:  • Building a stronger bench of future leaders  • Improving team performance and engagement  • Creating consistency in how managers lead    Growth doesn’t have an endpoint, and neither should development.    Organizations investing in their next generation of leaders are seeing real impact. Let’s start a conversation about what that could look like for your team.    Our next cohort kicks off April 16.    #BuildYourBench #LeadershipPipeline #LeadershipROI #StrategicLeadership

AI is reshaping work, but leadership performance is still driven by motivation.    Across more than 10,000 assessments, PRADCO’s Quick View™ Leadership II data reveals a consistent pattern: Improvement fuels growth for Individual Contributors, while Ownership drives performance for Managers and Executives.     As roles evolve, getting this motivation fit right becomes essential to developing leaders who can deliver in a faster, more adaptive environment.    PRADCO’s COO, Greg Rentsch, MBA, MPOD, shares insights from Quick View™ Leadership II data and explores how behavior-based developmental approaches can support leaders and organizations at every level.       Read the full article: https://lnkd.in/g-_qtGYv    #LeadershipInTheAgeOfAI #Reinvention #LeadershipDevelopment #AI

Strengthening leadership at the center of the organization can elevate performance at every level. That’s why PRADCO created Leading from the Middle: Empowering Managers for Strategic Impact, a development experience tailored for the leaders who carry much of an organization’s day-to-day weight: middle managers. These leaders guide teams, communicate change, translate strategy, and keep the organization moving forward, often all at once. On March 25, PRADCO is launching our next virtual cohort, designed to give mid-level leaders the tools, confidence, and behavioral frameworks they need to influence upward, lead effectively across functions, and create meaningful and lasting results. If you want your middle managers to be more than organizational “connectors”. If you want them to be true strategic catalysts, this program is built for them. Ready to invest in your mid-level leaders? For program information, please contact sales@pradco.com or call (440) 337 4700.

  • Developing strong leaders can shape the culture and energize an entire organization, and PRADCO’s Spring 2026 Virtual Manager Development Program was designed to do exactly that.    Participants will engage in PRADCO’s Quick ViewTM Leadership and Personal Styles assessments, receive one-on-one coaching, and attend six live workshops focused on:    - Managing Self  - Managing Results  - Managing People  - Managing Change    The program runs from April through August, with purposeful spacing between sessions so growth can be practiced, reinforced, and strengthened over time. This rhythm helps leadership behaviors take hold in a natural and sustainable way.    We welcome the opportunity to connect around leadership development and the work this program supports.    For program information, please contact sales@pradco.com or call (440) 337 4700.

  • Thank you, Lieutenant Sarah Shendy- M.S, for the kind words and for allowing PRADCO to support and develop female leaders in the public sector.

Our Women in Leadership Symposium was everything we wanted, needed, and more. Our morning panel members are some of the greatest leaders that I am proud to call friends and mentors. Chief Dorothy Todd, Sgt. Khisa Hudson, Chief Deputy Tanya Czack, Lt. Cindy Eschweiler, MS, LSW, and Director Kristen Slaper. They talked about the power of resilience, the importance of mentorship, and why they continued to show up despite the ongoing challenges of the job. We talked about problems, and we talked about solutions. It was my honor to moderate the panel and showcase 30x30 Initiative and National Association of Women Law Enforcement Executives. Our Keynote speaker had us engaged! AK Dozanti, MA spoke about her journey and mission. We were inspired and gently forced to think about hard topics; suicide, burn out, and the costly price we pay as a profession when we are unable to rest and reset. She did not stop there, with every challenge that she mentioned, she reminded us that being around each other is not just a buffer, but essential for human connection and growth. Congratulations on being recognized as a Rising Star amongst our award recipients! We heard from the talented and passionate Paris Lampkins about PRADCO, their services, and the importance of involving the right assessment center in the hiring and promotional process. Remember, everyone you involve in the process matters. They are going to make decisions that will make or break your officers and your agency. Thank you for your support and leadership Dr. Larry Borodkin! During the afternoon portion, we heard from male leaders within the profession that are known, loved, and respected for their allyship towards women in public safety. Chief Paul Owens, Chief Robert Butler, Sheriff Jack Hall, CLEE, and my long time friend and one of my biggest cheerleaders, retired USSS Special Agent Greg Truhan. They talked about strategy, leading with intention, and addressing behavior that contributes to toxic workplace culture. Our partner and NOBLE - National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives Ohio Chapter President, Deputy Chief Victor McDowell, M.A.,SHRM-CP, CDP, CLEE, FBINA lead the discussion. This event would not have been possible without our sponsors and supporters! THANK YOU to Michelle A. King for her generous donation that helped us secure the Maltz Performing Arts Center, Josh Brandon & Matthew Angelotta from Flock, Shuttler's Uniforms, Meijer Grocery Store, Galls, PRADCO, and First National Bank. The staff at MPAC was amazing, supportive, and one step ahead of the game! Thank you Jason Cohen & team for taking care of us. Last and certainly not least, my gratitude and appreciation to my leadership and administration Case Western Reserve University Public Safety. Thank you to Chief Paul Owens for your support and check-ins, Captain Matthew King for the immense amount of help and moral support, Deputy Chief Adam Gilmore & Lt. Zevnik for the support and attending the entire event.
