At PixelFLEX, our team is made up of people who genuinely love what they do, and Cooper Renfrew fits right in. Cooper’s path into live production started in high school at his church, where he jumped in as a camera operator, video engineer, and live stream director. After earning his degree in live production from Middle Tennessee State University, an LED wall class flipped the switch and set his sights firmly on the dvLED world. Thanks to a connection from church, Cooper found his way to PixelFLEX and joined the team as one of our newest dvLED Technicians, bringing hands-on experience, curiosity, and a strong “let’s figure it out” mindset. When he’s not working with LED panels, you’ll find Cooper playing guitar, longboarding, or hitting the tennis court. 👋 Meet James 👋 #TeamFLEX James has spent most of his life in production, from touring bands and running worship production at large churches in Texas to working as a stagehand with Rhino. He also brings 16 years of experience as a professional chef, a background that sharpened his timing, problem-solving, and ability to thrive under pressure. These days, James is all-in on production and couldn’t be happier. Outside of work, he’s creating art, making music, and planning his next outdoor adventure.
