Pinnacle Partners is a staffing firm providing solutions primarily to clients in the Central Indiana, Cincinnati and Louisville area marketplaces. Founded in 1999, Pinnacle Partners has broadened their offering to include direct hire placement, contract-to-hire, contract and custom software solutions offered by our in-house team of IT consulting professionals. Our divisions of expertise include Information Technology, Human Resources, Accounting & Finance and Administrative Support. Through our wide network of contacts, we are able to reach a unique pool of candidates not available through traditional search means. By maintaining relationships with candidates as they move through their careers and by working through referrals, we are able to quickly and effectively find even the most difficult skill sets to meet our clients growing direct hire needs. Our team has an unmatched understanding of the importance of finding the “right fit”.
