For brand building, we were honoured with the Grand Prize of the Year at the 16th Golden Flag Awards, and ranked among the Top 50 Brands with Greatest Social Value, as well as the Top 50 CSR Brands. We recently honoured the achievements of Sabah‑based Oil & Gas Services and Equipment (OGSE) vendors together with the Sabah State Government, reflecting the steady strengthening of the state’s local ecosystem. To date, 98 Sabah OGSE vendors have been recognised for their capabilities and track record in securing contracts, including 47 first-time recipients in 2025, signalling the growing depth and maturity of local industry capabilities. This progress is further reflected in the growth of contracts secured by Sabah vendors, rising from 133 in 2021 to 499 in 2025. The recognition ceremony at the Sabah International Convention Centre (SICC) was witnessed by Assistant Sabah Finance Minister II, Datuk Sr Mohd Ishak Datuk Ayub. He was accompanied by PETRONAS Vice President of Group Procurement, Rashidah Alias; and PETRONAS Senior Vice President of Malaysia Petroleum Management, Datuk Ir. Bacho Pilong. Marking another milestone in Sabah’s growth journey, we recently commemorated a series of document exchanges with the Sabah State Government that reflect continued collaboration in advancing the state’s upstream energy development. The exchanges include agreements related to the Mutiara Cluster, the Permata Cluster Production Sharing Contract and the North Sabah Enhanced Oil Recovery fields, highlighting our shared efforts to unlock potential, strengthen participation and support long-term development across Sabah’s energy landscape.
