Real conversations create real impact. Some of the most powerful moments happen when community leaders gather together to share ideas, challenges, lessons, and solutions. Those conversations build relationships, spark collaboration, and remind people they are not doing this work alone. Photos from these moments tell stories of leadership, resilience, and community-centered change in action. #PartecConsultingGroup

Your nonprofit is doing powerful work. So why doesn’t your data feel powerful? Too many impact reports read like spreadsheets instead of stories. Numbers are there… But the meaning? The human impact? The urgency? Missing. And when that happens, funders don’t fully see what’s at stake. Here’s the truth: Data doesn’t inspire action on its own, stories do. That’s why we created: Telling Your Story with Data: Practical Impact Reporting for Funders In this workshop, we’ll explore how to: • Identify the data that actually matters • Turn metrics into compelling narratives • Connect numbers to real human impact Ready to transform how you tell your story? Join us. https://lnkd.in/e672-SFr

At the end of our Optimizing Your Role as a Nonprofit Leader in-person workshop this week, we asked participants one simple but powerful question: “What is one thing you intend to do as a result of attending this training?" Their responses were honest, practical, and deeply reflective: “Ask my staff to anonymously assess my leadership strengths and gaps.” “Establish a weekly Big Rock report.” “Optimize my leadership style.” “Implement new tools with my team.” “Complete a personal SWOT.” “Create a personal leadership plan.” “Make time for intentional thinking, not just tasks.” This is what leadership development looks like in real time. Leaders stepping back, reflecting, and walking away with clear actions they can immediately implement within their organizations. We’re grateful to Jeanine Coleman for leading the way and to everyone who showed up ready to do the work, ask the hard questions, and invest in their growth as leaders. Scroll through a few moments from the session below. #PartecConsultingGroup #NonprofitLeadership #LeadershipDevelopment #Grassroots #Nonprofits

What a powerful gathering at yesterday’s Elevation Grant Program convening! We were once again in a room full of passionate leaders committed to strengthening their organizations and deepening their impact in the community. The energy, collaboration, and shared learning in the space were undeniable. A special thank you to our partners, The Indianapolis Foundation and the City of Indianapolis – Office of Public Health and Safety (OPHS), for continuing to support and invest in this important work. To all of the grantees who showed up, engaged, and contributed to the conversation, this space is what it is because of you. Take a look at these moments from the convening - we’re already looking forward to the next one! #PartecConsultingGroup #NonprofitLeadership #Nonprofits #CommunityImpact #Indianapolis
