A big congratulations to our incredible team members, Lynn Willford, PT (Dublin) and Katelyn McKown, PT (Upper Arlington), for completing the Boston Marathon! 🏃♀️ For Katelyn, this was her third Boston Marathon, and she crushed her personal record with a time of 2:54! Qualifying for and running in this race is no small feat. And, balancing that level of training with work and life makes it even more inspiring. Next time you see Lynn or Katelyn, be sure to congratulate them!

We are proud to partner with SourcePoint and support their mission of promoting healthy, active aging through physician, APP, or PT-led educational programs, lectures, expos, and special events. Through this collaboration, we are honored to help residents of Delaware County who are 55 and up stay active and continue doing the things they love most. Recently, Dr. Ryan Jefferson gave a lecture to nearly 40 members at SourcePoint. In his lecture, he discussed age-related changes in the hands and upper extremities, like arthritis, trigger finger, carpal tunnel, and other compressive neuropathies.
