📢 ORIX USA’s GP Solutions Group recently completed a structured liquidity transaction with an established lower middle-market buyout manager, providing accelerated liquidity to two of the manager’s funds in conjunction with the sale of a portfolio company interest to a continuation vehicle. The manager partnered with ORIX USA’s GP Solutions group to monetize the deferred portion of continuation vehicle proceeds and provide accelerated distributions to limited partners. As the sole capital provider, ORIX USA helped monetize deferred proceeds and accelerate distributions to limited partners - reflecting our ability to provide flexible, tailored capital solutions aligned with sponsors’ strategic objectives.
