Enterprise AI Customer Support Agent That Guarantees Results

About us

Notch builds AI agents for organizations operating in complex and regulated environments. We design and deploy AI systems that handle customer interactions with structured workflows, oversight, and compliance-aware guardrails, ensuring reliability and traceability at scale. Beyond automating support operations, Notch structures and standardizes customer interaction data, turning day-to-day conversations into organized, high-quality datasets that can be used across the organization. This enables teams outside of customer support to access clearer signals, better understand customer needs and operational patterns, and make more informed decisions based on consistently structured information.

AI is easy to demo. Building AI agents that enterprises can actually trust is the hard part. In regulated industries, success depends on more than just good answers. It requires secure authentication and integrations, auditability, and strong evals and guardrails that make AI usable in real production environments. In our latest piece, Tomer Yona, our Head of Solutions Engineering, shares how Notch is building AI agents in complex industries and what it takes to move from proof of concept to real deployment. 💡 We’re also hiring people who want to work on these challenges with us. Read more below. Careers page in comments.

A chatbot giving a wrong answer is annoying. An AI agent making a wrong decision in a regulated industry? That’s a completely different story. That’s why most “AI agents” you see today never make it to production in these environments. We’ve been working on this challenge at Notch, building agents that don’t just respond, but actually execute safely. I wrote a breakdown of what that really requires: https://lnkd.in/e2EhXWfR If you're into this space or want to work on it, we’re hiring across multiple teams!

I spent years looking for AI that could actually work in regulated environments. It didn’t exist, so we built it. What started as an internal platform became Notch, and today we’re announcing our $30M Series A 🎉🦾 What I’m most proud of is how we built it: with compliance, control, auditability, and real production readiness at the core from day one, not added later. This milestone means a lot, but even more than that, it reflects a real shift in the market toward AI that can operate inside critical workflows, with the governance and reliability that regulated industries require. Proud of how we built it, and even more excited for what comes next!

We just closed a $30 million Series A. But the number is not the story. The story is what it took to get here.                                                                                                                                    Notch started in 2021, built on firsthand experience inside regulated insurance environments.  We needed AI that could operate inside real business workflows, not just answer questions. It had to be auditable, compliant, deterministic when needed, and able to escalate when policy, context, or data was unclear. Nothing on the market met that standard. So we built it ourselves. That internal platform became Notch: an AI operating system for regulated industries, combining conversational AI with structured execution logic, compliance guardrails, and end-to-end governance. Our technology is what enables enterprises to implement faster, go live with confidence, and scale AI across real use cases. This round, led by Headline, with participation from Lightspeed, Jibe Ventures,Illuminate Financial, and Phoenix Financial - accelerates two things: our US expansion and continued development of the platform as the AI operating system for regulated industries. We are just getting started at Notch.

Excited to share that Notch is announcing its $30M Series A, led by Headline. We spend a lot of time looking at AI companies, particularly in enterprise and regulated markets. What stood out about Notch was how grounded the company is in the real operational complexity of insurance and financial services. These industries don’t need more AI theater. They need products that are dependable, auditable, and built to work inside real workflows. That’s exactly what Notch has focused on from day one. The team has built from firsthand understanding of the problem, and that shows in both the product and the customer traction: - 12x ARR growth over the last 12 months - 70–73% autonomous resolution - 200% ROI within a year Congratulations to Rafael Broshi, Elool Jacoby, Yuval Peled, and the entire Notch team. We're proud to be on this journey with you, alongside Lightspeed, Jibe Ventures, Illuminate Financial, and Phoenix.

Today, we're thrilled to announce that Notch has raised a $30M Series A, bringing our total funding to $45M, led by Headline, with participation from Lightspeed, Jibe Ventures, Illuminate Financial, and Phoenix Financial! Since the beginning, we've been focused on building the AI operating layer that combines conversational intelligence with structured execution logic, robust compliance controls, and governed decision-making. Enabling enterprises to implement AI faster, bring it into production with confidence, and scale it across complex operations without compromising control. That standard is why the world's leading insurers and financial institutions are partnering with Notch. This funding is a testament to what a fundamentally different approach—built from inside regulated industries, not adapted for them—can achieve. We're incredibly proud of our team and grateful for the trust our customers and partners place in us every day. Read more: https://lnkd.in/exFPxtzf

Owning a full workflow in financial services or insurance, across multiple steps and complex system integrations, is a different thing entirely. We'd been eager to back a team building this for a long time. Then we met Rafael Broshi. First call with Jonathan Userovici, we both came out thinking the same thing: 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦. It's not magic, it will never be easy, but 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥. Radical transparency, excellence in every detail, no fluff. Thrilled to see Notch announce its $30M Series A led by Headline today. What impressed us most wasn’t just the size of the market. It was the quality of execution. Notch was built for regulated industries from day one, with the controls, auditability, and workflow depth required for insurance and financial services. In a noisy category, they’ve built software that actually works in production. That’s showing up in the business: strong enterprise adoption, rapid growth, and real, measurable ROI for customers. We’re proud to lead this round and excited for what’s ahead. Congrats to Rafael Broshi, Elool Jacoby, Yuval Peled, and the whole team.
