We are excited to help extend the reach of SEMIquest at the Arizona Science Center through May 31. This immersive, hands‑on exhibit introduces students, educators, and families to the world of semiconductors and helps spark early interest in the technologies shaping our future. Workforce development is essential to the growth of the semiconductor industry, and initiatives like SEMIquest play a key role in connecting STEM learning to real‑world careers. Thanks to Nikon Precision Inc. very own Engineers - Nathan Mascarenhas, Ryan Zohar, Keane Kawasaki and David Donaldson who designed and built our display, "Prism Power: Lighting Up Lithography!" If you’re in the Phoenix area, we encourage you to experience SEMIquest before it closes. Learn more at https://semiquest.org/
Amkor Technology, Inc. is proud to support the extension of SEMIquest at the Arizona Science Center through May 31, an immersive, hands-on experience that introduces students, educators, and families to the world of semiconductors. SEMIquest plays an important role in building the future workforce our industry needs. As #Amkor prepares for our upcoming advanced packaging and test facility in Peoria, #Arizona, initiatives like this help spark early interest in microelectronics, connect learning to real-world careers, and strengthen the local talent pipeline that will support Arizona’s growing semiconductor ecosystem. This experience is made possible by the continued support of industry partners TSMC, Amkor Technology, Nikon, and ASM, who, together with the SEMI Foundation and the Arizona Science Center, aim to inspire the next generation of talent and innovation. If you’re in the Phoenix area, we encourage you to experience SEMIquest before it closes. This week, NASA released the first flyby images from Artemis II, captured during the crew’s historic test flight around the Moon. Knowing Nikon cameras played a role in documenting this moment is incredibly humbling. Being part of a company known for precision, reliability, and trust in the most demanding environments imaginable makes moments like this especially meaningful. From Earth to lunar orbit, Nikon equipment continues to help tell humanity’s biggest stories. Pushing the boundaries of imaging technology has led us beyond terrestrial limits. By travelling with NASA’s Artemis program with our D5 and Z9 cameras, we’ve literally “shot for the stars” (and more), capturing unparalleled imagery of the Moon, our home Earth, and the vast cosmos. Nikon Precision Inc. is excited to attend the Silicon Forest event tomorrow. Tickets are a reasonable cost if you want to show up and see what it's all about. Stop by and say hi!
Hey everybody, 🚀We’re just one day away❗️ https://lnkd.in/g3ivikD3 Tomorrow is the Silicon Forest Tech Summit — and it also happens to be Pi Day (3.14), which feels pretty fitting for a room full of builders, technologists, and curious minds. Doors open at 11:00 AM. We’ll have complimentary drinks and light appetizers from Kismayo and Miss’ipi Chef while everyone settles in and starts connecting. I’m really excited for all the activities we’ve put together this year. We’ve also got two special guests joining us 😁 It’s going to be a packed schedule and a packed house — we currently have over 1,000 ticket holders, so if you’re planning to come, I’d recommend arriving early. There’s a good chance we may sell out due to venue capacity, so if you’ve been on the fence, now is the time to secure a ticket. We’ll also have tech demos and activations from: • RobotLAB • Rose City Robotics • Oregon AI Accelerator • Oregon UAS Accelerator • and more Really looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow and spending the day together with this community.
