✨ March Nextpert Spotlight: Meet Dino! ✨ Dino Keserovic is one of the people keeping Nextpoint’s data operations running seamlessly behind the scenes. As a Senior Data Specialist, he brings precision, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset to his work — along with a passion and energy that carries into everything he does, both in and out of the office. 🧠 Tell us about your role at Nextpoint. What does a typical day look like for you? "I am the Senior Data Specialist so a lot of my day revolves around managing and processing ESI for Nextpoint's clients. Small productions, native data, migrations, and other projects keep me occupied as I help move and prepare data for multiple cases on a daily basis. While most of the work is client facing, there is always room to collaborate with our product, engineering, and marketing teams to help build infrastructure to support our success." 🕺 Can you share a fun fact about yourself that your colleagues might not know? "I am heavily involved in my community's Bosnian Folk Dance Group! I have been a coach/choreographer for a few years and it has been a great passion project to learn more about the music and footwork from my Balkan heritage. Just recently I started doing some journalism/content creation on the Bosnian folk dance scene and am hoping to bring awareness of this traditional craft to more modern audiences." 📺 What do you enjoy doing outside of work to recharge? "Spending time with my lovely girlfriend/family and the occasional sci-fi/fantasy game or TV series. Cooking and eating are great mediums to keep connecting with loved ones around me, even though my culinary expertise definitely needs some work. Enjoying some weekly Baldur's Gate playthroughs with friends or getting into new shows/franchises are also some of my ideal side activities to unwind after busy working sessions."
