  • Before: a coordinator gets a same-day shift request and starts calling workers one by one. After: every qualified, credentialed worker in the pool gets notified at the same time — and the shift is claimed in under two minutes. Here's what automated float pool management looks like in practice: → Client requests a shift → system instantly identifies every worker with the right credentials, availability, and facility clearance → Broadcast goes out simultaneously via mobile app → first worker to accept locks the shift → Credential check runs in the background → timesheet flows directly to payroll when the shift is done The coordinator's job shifts from making phone calls to managing exceptions. That's not a small change. It's the difference between an agency that fills reliably and one that always seems to be one step behind. https://lnkd.in/gEbbevMH Link in first comment ↓ #staffingtechnology #workforcemanagement #automation #healthcarestaffing

  • Staffing Stat of the Week: 45–60 minutes. That's how long the average healthcare staffing coordinator spends confirming a single same-day shift — when they're working from a phone list. 3 numbers your float pool should be tracking right now: 1. Same-day fill rate by facility — which clients are you consistently struggling to cover on short notice? 2. Time-to-fill per shift type — is the problem speed of outreach, or depth of pool? 3. Credential expiry rate — what percentage of your pool is ineligible to work right now because a cert lapsed? Most agencies know their revenue number. Very few know these three. The ones that track them stop losing clients quietly. #staffingoperations #staffingtechnology #healthcarestaffing #workforcemanagement

  • Most healthcare staffing coordinators spend 45–60 minutes filling a single shift. Not because the workers aren't there. Because the system forces them to call down a list one person at a time — until someone picks up. Here's how agencies fix it: 1. Stop sequential outreach. Broadcast open shifts to every qualified, available worker at once via mobile app. The first to respond gets the shift. Time-to-fill drops from hours to minutes. 2. Surface credentials at the point of scheduling — not after. When a coordinator can see certification status, facility authorizations, and expiry dates inside the scheduling workflow, they stop defaulting to the same 10 known workers. The whole pool becomes usable. 3. Track fill rate by facility, not just company-wide. One underperforming client account can mask a system that's working everywhere else. Cut the data right and the fix becomes obvious. When the activation system works, the pool doesn't need to get bigger — it just needs to get managed. • Most agencies don’t lose clients over price. They lose them because the client felt like they were always waiting. Waiting for shift confirmations. Waiting for timesheet updates. Waiting for someone to respond. Meanwhile, your account manager is spending most of their day answering routine questions instead of managing the relationship. Here’s what changes when automation handles the routine: → Clients check shift status themselves — no calls needed → Timesheets are approved in a portal, not chased over email → Fill rates and response times are visible in real time → Account managers spot risks before they turn into churn The client didn’t leave because you did bad work. They left because someone else gave them visibility you didn’t know they expected. Client self-service isn’t a nice-to-have anymore. It’s the baseline. 🔗 https://lnkd.in/g6bRk_rU #staffingoperations #staffingagency #workforcemanagement #staffingstrategy

  • Two functions quietly drain staffing agencies every single week: Compliance and Payroll. Not because teams aren’t doing their jobs - but because the systems they rely on can’t keep up. Here’s what that looks like in reality: A single missed credential expiration - one lapsed license or expired background check - can trigger audits, penalties, or compliance risks. Most agencies only find out after it’s already an issue. On the payroll side, coordinators spend 12–15 hours every week chasing timesheets and fixing errors before payroll can close. That’s $30K+ per year - just correcting data that should have been accurate from the start. Now compare that to a connected system: ✓ Credential expiry alerts trigger automatically - before issues arise ✓ Timesheets flow directly from scheduling into payroll-ready data ✓ Payroll closes in days, not during a last-minute scramble Compliance and payroll aren’t just back-office functions. They’re early signals of how connected or disconnected your operations really are. 🔗 https://lnkd.in/g6bRk_rU #staffingoperations #staffingagency #workforcemanagement #staffingtechnology

  • When your best recruiter quits, how much of your operation walks out with them? If the answer is “a lot,” you don’t have a recruiter. You have a single point of failure. This is what hero-dependent recruiting looks like: → Candidate availability lives in one person’s head → Shift offers go out manually — when they remember → Onboarding moves only as fast as they can chase it → When they leave, so does the knowledge Now compare that to a system-driven approach: Step 1 — Candidate data stays current Availability updates in real time and is visible to the entire team. Step 2 — Shift offers are automated Candidates are matched by skill, location, and availability — and notified instantly. Step 3 — Onboarding runs digitally From offer to day one, everything moves without relying on one person. Great recruiters build relationships. But systems ensure your operation doesn’t depend on them. 🔗 https://lnkd.in/g6bRk_rU

  • 🤝 We've been partnering with Everee to streamline payroll for staffing agencies for a while now — but last week at the Midwest Staffing Conference, we FINALLY got to meet in person. And honestly? It felt like we'd known each other for years. There's something special about going from Zoom calls and Emails to actually being in the same room. The energy was instant. Great conversations, big ideas, and a shared excitement for what's ahead. Shoutout to Dana Gagnon and Dustin Dance from the Everee team — it was great to finally put faces to names. And of course, Jas Perrote for being a rockstar as always. 🙌 Everee has been an incredible partner. And when you combine two robust platforms built for the staffing industry, something powerful happens: ✅ Payroll data flows seamlessly from NextCrew → Everee ✅ Workers get paid faster — weekly payroll made simple ✅ Agencies go from manual, multi-system chaos to a clean, connected workflow ✅ No exports. No double entry. Just run payroll and go. This is what happens when two platforms that are both serious about staffing decide to work together. Not a surface-level integration — a real one. We're just getting started. The best is ahead. 🚀 #NextCrew #Everee #StaffingTech #PartnerSpotlight #Payroll #StaffingOS #WorkforceManagement
