Last month, Cohort 3 of Next Engineers Greenville celebrated a milestone three years in the making. Since the program's launch, students have come to Clemson's campus twice a month — for 180 hours total — to engage in team-based, project-driven learning that mirrors the real work of engineers in the field. For three years, they showed up. They built, tested, failed, adjusted, and built again. And on April 17th, they walked across a graduation stage to prove it. #NextEngineers volunteers made a huge difference in 2025! You reached over 8,700 young people, sharing your career experiences, encouraging students to ask questions, and showing young people what it's really like to be an engineer. As one student shared, your "mentorship and encouragement have played a big role in shaping my interest in engineering." Thank you for all that you do in inspiring the next generation of engineers! - in partnership with GE Aerospace Foundation

A huge congratulations to Cincinnati's Engineering Academy Cohort 3 on their graduation! Thank you to Christopher Philp and all of our #NextEngineers volunteers for your support of these students. Through our partnership with the GE Aerospace Foundation, you're supporting the next generation of engineers!
Two years ago I joined the GE Aerospace Next Engineers as an Academy leader for Cincinnati. This past week I had the pleasure to be able to tour Cohort 3 around our Peebles Test Facility and celebrate with them at the Fifth Third Arena as they graduate from the program. Thank-you to all the volunteers who dedicate their time to this initiative, congratulations to all of Cohort 3, and best of luck in your future engineering studies. #NextEngineers #aviation #GEAerospace
