The fastest path to full stack observability. Per-second metrics, zero-config setup, and Netdata AI guiding fixes.

About us

Netdata delivers real-time observability for systems, containers, applications, and infrastructure across servers, cloud environments, Kubernetes clusters, and IoT devices. Designed for zero-config deployment, Netdata automatically discovers metrics, builds dashboards, and starts monitoring instantly. It scales from a single node to thousands of servers across hybrid and multi-cloud environments, while keeping data on-prem for full control and predictable costs. With Netdata AI, teams get an intelligent on-call assistant that investigates alerts, correlates anomalies across thousands of metrics, identifies root causes, and explains incidents with clear recommendations in plain English. Netdata helps engineers move from alert to resolution in minutes instead of hours. KEY FEATURES 💥 800+ Integrations Collect metrics from operating systems, containers, Kubernetes, VMs, hardware sensors, databases, applications, OpenMetrics exporters, StatsD, and logs. 💪 Real-Time Monitoring High-resolution metrics provide instant dashboards and reveal short-lived performance issues that traditional monitoring misses. 🤖 AI-Powered Troubleshooting Netdata AI investigates alerts, correlates anomalies, identifies root causes, and guides engineers toward fixes. 🧠 ML-Based Anomaly Detection Machine learning models learn normal behavior for each metric and detect unusual patterns in real time. 🔥 Powerful Visualization Interactive dashboards allow teams to explore metrics, filter data, and investigate incidents without writing queries. 🔔 Out-of-the-Box Alerts Preconfigured alerts detect common issues and notify teams through multiple integrations. 📖 Logs Explorer Explore and analyze system and application logs through the built-in systemd journal explorer. 😎 Low Maintenance Auto-discovery, automated dashboards, built-in ML, and easy scaling make Netdata simple to operate. ⭐ Open & Extensible A modular platform that integrates easily with existing monitoring tools.

If you've standardized on OpenTelemetry (or you're heading that way), you probably know the collector gets your data out, but where it lands and how useful it is once it gets there are separate problems. Netdata now ingests both OTLP metrics and OTLP logs natively, so your OTel pipelines feed directly into the same monitoring experience as everything else in your infrastructure: same dashboards, same alerting, same query interface. No separate backends, no context switching. In this session, we'll walk through how OTLP metrics and logs flow into Netdata, how they sit alongside agent-collected data in a single unified view, and how you can forward enriched telemetry onward to downstream tools you already use. We'll also touch on where traces fit on the 2026 roadmap.

  • Tomorrow, our CEO, Costa Tsaousis, takes the stage at the DevOps Pro Europe Conference in Vilnius, and we couldn't be more excited. His talk, "Agentic Observability | The Path to AI Co-SRE", draws from three years of building production AI observability systems to make the case that the field is undergoing its most significant transformation since distributed tracing. Costa will cover: → Why consensus-based ML (18-model ensembles) mathematically outperforms threshold alerting → Multi-agent orchestration patterns: advisors, routers, and handoffs, for complex troubleshooting at scale → An honest look at what AI Co-SRE can deliver today vs. what's realistically on the horizon for 2026–2027 → The practical pitfalls that quietly derail most AI observability projects If you're attending DevOps Pro this week, don't miss it: Hall 6, Wednesday at 4:00 PM EEST.

  • A few days away from alerts, dashboards, and incident timelines. A few days closer as a team. ⚡ This week, the Netdata team came together for an AI workshop & meetup focused on ideas, experimentation, collaboration, and the future of observability in an AI-native world. From infrastructure intelligence and automation to product discussions and hands-on sessions, it was a reminder that the best innovations start with curious people in the same room. Grateful for the people building, improving, and pushing #Netdata forward every day. 💚

  • 🔐 Security meets flexibility. Netdata now supports native Secrets Management, allowing you to pull credentials from HashiCorp Vault, AWS, and more instead of storing them in plain text. We’ve also expanded our reach with the Nagios Plugins integration, making it easier than ever to migrate your legacy checks into Netdata’s real-time ecosystem. 🔗 Secrets Management: https://lnkd.in/dW-gJuiE 🔗 Nagios Plugins: https://lnkd.in/dYCwDSwq Shoutout to the amazing team behind it 👏 Built with care by: Costa Tsaousis & Ilya Mashchenko
