Day 3 presentations started with Lumea CEO James Thackeray's inspiring presentation on Lumea's story and why digital pathology takes all of us to succeed. Next, participants split into Leadership and Clinical Innovation tracks. Clinical Innovation speakers included Maxwell Smith from Mayo Clinic Arizona, Andy Ivie from Lumea, Amanda Leiting from AbbVie, and Brian Stewart from Myriad Genetics. In the Leadership Track, we heard from Mark Lyman from the The Joint Pathology Center (JPC) Center, Orly Ardon from Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, and Osama Khan, MD from Natera. Each session explored fascinating avenues of digital pathology advancement, from AI risk stratification to building the digital molecular workflow, to harnessing data archives for AI development and more.
