I'm excited to announce that I've started a new position as a Security Engineer at Metalware! I'm incredibly grateful for my time at GRIMM. I learned from some of the best and had the opportunity to work with some truly amazing people. I'm looking forward to helping Metalware's innovative platform and client base. Metalware provides an automated, intelligent binary fuzzer designed to help organizations in sectors such as aerospace, defense, automotive, telecom, and healthcare efficiently discover and remediate security weaknesses in hardware products before deployment. Wrapping up my first #RSAC and I couldn’t be more grateful. A year ago I had no idea my job could be this good. Thank you Cecilia Murtagh Marinier for trusting me to become a team with you, after this week it’s clear the sky is the limit for the things we can do! Beyond our whole RSAC team I was so delighted to get to spend time with the many VC’s, Startups, & Innovators in our network this week, you can all expect to be hearing from me soon with ideas of ways to partner and continue to strengthen this #community. A few themes that stood out to me: Agentic AI is the buzzword du jour but there is a lot of work to do. I’m excited to keep digging in and seeing the ways companies are utilizing but also safeguarding this technology. Hardware, firmware & municiple infrastructure cannot be ignored. Especially in the current environment those like Metalware & Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) Are doing critical work to safe guard us all from what could be catastrophic events. And now I really need to watch Zero Day on Netflix after hearing Chris Krebs, Jen Easterly, Rob Joyce, & Michael S. Schmidt speak. Lots to digest, lots of thank you notes to write. Ready to start planning 2026!
