  • A lot of teams still running Microsoft GP are starting to ask the same question right now… what’s the plan from here? And honestly, the challenge usually isn’t just moving off GP. It’s everything around it. - Reporting takes too long. - Data lives in too many places. - People are still pulling numbers manually just to answer simple questions. Moving to Business Central is part of the answer, but what we’re seeing is that the teams that get the most value are the ones that use this moment to clean things up across the board. At McDoaw, we’ve been helping teams: - Get better visibility into their numbers without digging through spreadsheets - Cut down on manual reporting and ad hoc requests - Connect finance and operations so everyone’s working off the same data - Put together a realistic path off GP without disrupting the business It’s less about “switching systems” and more about finally getting clarity into how the business is actually running. If this sounds like something you're dealing with, we would love to connect to give you an extra pair of eyes!

  • Most ERP frustrations aren’t software problems. There are alignment problems. We've spoken with several teams running Microsoft Dynamics lately, F&O, Business Central, GP, and NAV, and the system usually isn’t “broken.” What’s missing is clarity around: • What leadership actually needs to see • How finance and operations define success • Whether reporting matches decision-making • If support is proactive or just reactive An ERP should feel like a control tower, not a compliance tool. Before replacing your system, it’s worth asking: Are we underutilizing what we already own? Sometimes optimization creates more value than transformation. If you're rethinking how your Dynamics environment is supporting the business, McDoaw is always open to sharing different perspectives. #ERP #MicrosoftDynamics #BusinessSystems #Operations #Finance #BusinessGrowth

ERP systems should create clarity not complexity. At McDoaw, we work with organizations running: • Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations • Dynamics 365 Business Central • Dynamics GP • Dynamics NAV Many of the teams we meet aren’t looking to replace their ERP. They’re looking to make it work better. That usually means: ✔ Improving reporting and visibility ✔ Strengthening warehouse and inventory processes ✔ Supporting finance with cleaner data ✔ Providing senior-level support without enterprise-level pricing The right support partner doesn’t just resolve tickets they help you optimize what you already have. If you're evaluating your current Dynamics environment or planning your next phase, we’d be glad to share what we’re seeing in the market. #MicrosoftDynamics #BusinessCentral #Dynamics365 #ERP #Manufacturing #WMS #Finance #Operations

Food & Beverage manufacturing exposes gaps in ERP configuration quickly.   We recently worked with a processor running Microsoft Dynamics who was experiencing material consumption variances between standard BOMs and actual production output. Yield loss, substitutions, and real-time floor adjustments weren’t being captured accurately, leading to inventory discrepancies and unreliable cost reporting.   McDoaw stepped in to:   • Tighten material consumption posting logic • Improve production order reporting visibility • Refine variance tracking at the batch level • Align system setup with real-world shop floor processes   The result: stronger inventory accuracy, clearer cost-of-goods insight, and reduced manual reconciliation. In manufacturing, system alignment is operational control.   #FoodManufacturing #MicrosoftDynamics #BusinessCentral #ManufacturingERP #InventoryControl #McDoaw

Success with Microsoft Dynamics doesn’t stop at go-live. At McDoaw, we help organizations turn their systems into true business enablers, whether that’s through ad hoc support, guidance on add-ons and enhancements, or ongoing partnership to improve reporting, governance, and operational visibility. Sometimes it’s about solving a specific challenge. Sometimes it’s about having an extra set of eyes to ensure long-term value. If you’re thinking about how to get the most from your Dynamics environment in 2026, we’re here to help. #MicrosoftDynamics #BusinessCentral #ERP #DigitalTransformation #AdHocSupport #McDoaw #OperationalExcellence

For many organizations running Microsoft Dynamics, the real challenge isn’t getting the system live, it’s keeping it aligned as the business evolves. New reporting needs emerge. Processes change. Priorities shift. And without the right structure in place, even well-implemented systems can start to feel reactive. At McDoaw, we work alongside leadership teams to help ensure Dynamics remains an asset, not a constraint, whether through targeted, ad hoc support or a longer-term partnership focused on governance, insight, and execution. Our role is to provide perspective, continuity, and practical guidance that strengthens internal teams and supports informed decision-making over time. If your organization is thinking about what good support looks like beyond go-live, we’d love to have a chat with you.

As organizations continue to evolve their Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environments, one thing becomes clear: value doesn’t always come from big projects, it often comes from having the right support at the right moment. At McDoaw, we help teams extend the value of their existing Business Central investment through improved reporting, support for manufacturing and operational workflows, and ad hoc or add-on support when questions arise or priorities shift. In a world where internal teams are stretched thin, having on-demand access to experienced guidance can be the difference between slowing down and moving forward with confidence. It’s not always about transformation. Sometimes, it’s about momentum. If you’re planning or looking for flexible Business Central support, we’re always happy to help. #MicrosoftDynamics365 #BusinessCentral #ERP #Manufacturing #OperationalExcellence #Reporting #AdHocSupport #DigitalOperations #McDoaw

For organizations running on Microsoft Dynamics, sustained value often comes from having the right support model in place. At McDoaw, we work with Dynamics users either on an ad hoc basis or as a long-term partner, helping leadership teams strengthen governance, improve visibility, and ensure the platform continues to support business priorities. Whether it’s targeted support, an objective second opinion, or ongoing guidance, our role is to complement internal teams, not replace them. If you’re evaluating how best to support your Dynamics environment moving forward, McDoaw is here to help.

As organizations continue to evolve their ERP and operational systems, having the right support, especially when unexpected questions or challenges arise, can make all the difference.   At McDoaw, we work alongside clients to help them get more value from their existing platforms. That includes improving reporting, supporting manufacturing and operational workflows, and providing ad hoc support when teams need quick answers or an extra set of experienced eyes.   It’s not always about large-scale transformation, sometimes it’s about having trusted, on-demand guidance when it matters most.   If you’re planning ahead or simply looking for additional support, we’re always happy to help.
