The first is about how AI can speed up our individual work, but skilled leaders also know it can make groups slower, more frustrating, and error prone. So they need to assure that people slow down enough to get on the same page and weave their work together. And the other snippet is based on my research on how the best leaders are confident, but not really sure, so they keep growing and changing their opinions about the right and wrong ways to do things.
