We’re proud to announce the launch of the Mars Impact Fund, a bold new philanthropic entity that will accelerate meaningful, long-term impact in the communities where we operate. The Mars Impact Fund will invest $85M from 2025 – 2027. Once fully operational in 2028, it will deploy $50M each year in philanthropic funding. The Mars Impact Fund builds on decades of partnership and investment, focusing on:  1️⃣ Boosting sourcing community resiliency 2️⃣ Growing and diversifying the pipeline of scientists in food, agriculture and pet care 3️⃣ Improving companion animal wellbeing Our initial grants are already making a difference: • Humane World for Animals will receive a grant to expand equitable access to veterinary care, including preventative services, spay/neuter, vaccinations, and increasing veterinarian training in India and Mexico. • Save the Children US will receive a three-year grant to expand Village Savings and Loan Associations (VSLAs) and community resilience programs in cocoa-growing communities in Indonesia. We’re excited to announce a significant step forward in our sustainability journey. Through our Mars Renewables Acceleration Program, we’ve secured a long-term agreement for the majority output of the Kölvallen Wind Farm in Sweden, developed in partnership with Foresight Group. This agreement marks one of our largest renewable energy commitments in Europe to date, securing 70% of the wind farm’s annual production, which will deliver approximately 670 GWh of clean electricity each year. That’s enough to power the equivalent of 95,000 households annually, supporting both our direct operations and value chain partners. This milestone builds on our first European Renewables Acceleration Program contract in 2025, which launched over 100 solar projects in Poland. Each new contract is making a contribution to an estimated 10% reduction of our total carbon footprint by 2030, against a 2015 baseline. The team creates enrichment experiences that bring Associates and their furry friends together, like this month’s “Love at Fur-st Sight: Bracelet Bar & Treat Boutique.”   Associates and their pets enjoyed curated treat boxes, heart-shaped magnets painted by their pups, and a DIY bracelet station. In 2025, Royal Canin's North America charitable giving helped provide 27.7 million meals, feeding over 1.2 million pets in need across US and Canada. That’s nearly 4 million pounds of product supporting 23 organizations serving cats and dogs in communities.
