Work From Wherever Feels Like Home
Kindred is remote-first and global by design. We trust our people to design rhythms that work for their lives. Roll in at 10 because you're not a morning person? Fine. Step away for school pickup? Of course. Do your best work at midnight? We trust you. We have offices in San Francisco and London, co-working stipends everywhere else, and the flexibility to work from a Kindred member home on the road. We ask that you work from your official location at least half the year — the rest is up to you. Remote-first doesn't mean being disconnected. We hold regular offsites and genuinely invest in the moments when we're together.
