Ilan Sherr is joining Lineal as Vice President of Investigations and Regulatory Response, and it signals exactly where we're investing next. Ilan spent 22+ years at the intersection of competition law, regulatory enforcement, and applied AI. As a Legal Director at DLA Piper, he led complex cartel investigations and dawn raids across highly regulated industries. He also founded Aiscension, an AI-driven risk management practice that used neural-network technology to detect misconduct risks across enterprise communications at scale. That work earned recognition from The Lawyer's Hot 100, the Financial Times Innovative Lawyer Awards, and Legal Week. At Lineal, he'll lead the expansion of our investigations and regulatory consultancy practice, working closely with our product and engineering teams to ensure our innovation stays grounded in real-world enforcement experience.
