Accessibility in action 🙌 Proud to partner with the incredible team at Rocket Arena to ensure every fan can enjoy the moment. Inclusion isn’t an add-on — it’s the experience. 💙 Antony Bonavita, CVE Eric Bofenkamp, MBA Lucy Matz Veres Clarke Moore
Shoutout to Rocket Arena, Rock Entertainment Group, and the Cleveland Cavaliers for considering ALL fans when designing the fan experience. In the work I do helping teams and venues think about fan experience through maps, accessibility has increasingly become table stakes. Great venues are thinking beyond the basics and designing experiences that work for everyone. That’s why it was especially touching to see one of these initiatives hit close to home tonight. My five-year-old daughter went to her first NBA game with her dad (Matthew Grossman). The excitement was huge—but so was the noise. Thanks to the arena’s partnership with KultureCity, sensory-friendly headphones were available and made all the difference for her little ears, helping her fully enjoy the magic of her first game. It’s one thing to talk about accessibility and inclusive fan experiences professionally. It’s another to see how meaningful it can be when it impacts your own family. 🏀👏 Thank you 🧡

Proud of Kelly Schwantes and so many others who take our sensory accessible and inclusive training!
I’m happy to share that I’ve renewed a certification: 2026 Location Training | Sensory Accessibility/Inclusive Certification from KultureCity! As the world's leading nonprofit on sensory accessibility and acceptance, KultureCity makes the "nevers" possible by creating sensory accessibility and inclusion. Joining locations across Milwaukee like Fiserv Forum, Bradley Symphony Center, Discovery World, Mitchell Park Domes, and American Family Field, Baird Center is uniquely equipped to help guests safely navigate and enjoy their experiences at our venue. As someone with sensory dysregulation and sensitivity due to Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, doing my annual training with KultureCity reminds me that just because my disability is invisible doesn't mean I have to be. In the hospitality industry, we are tasked with welcoming guests from all different backgrounds to experience the joy live events and entertainment have to offer. I am not alone neither are our attendees. Thanks to Nila Tuckson and the HR team at Wisconsin Center District for championing this cause for our staff and our guests. #BPX

Always grateful to such amazing volunteers!
Absolutely stoked to share that over the past five days I had the opportunity to volunteer with KultureCity at the National Football League (NFL) Super Bowl LX Experience at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, supporting sensory accessibility at one of the year’s largest public events. In this role, I worked directly with Logistics Officer Shawn Lim to distribute hundreds of sensory bags to Super Bowl Experience attendees and participants in the Philidelphia Eagles Autism Foundation All Abilities Clinic. Being part of an accessibility-focused initiative at an event of this scale highlighted how intentional accommodations can meaningfully support confidence, comfort, and engagement for individuals with sensory needs. Huge thank you to Amber Karson, Brian Greenwood and Cal Poly Experience Industry Management for their support. And thank you to Haley Binder for the opportunity to learn more about KultureCity’s work in leading the industry with inclusion efforts that help ensure large-scale events are designed with accessibility in mind. #SuperBowlExperience #KultureCity #NFL

Wow! Wow! Wow! Truly so amazing - so thankful to have such wonderful champions and ambassadors who share the message of accessibility across all 7 continents!!
Finished. 7 marathons. 7 continents. 7 consecutive days. Miami was the last one. There were moments this week when finishing felt uncertain—but I wasn’t doing it alone. We found a way. Grateful beyond words for the people who supported me, believed in this, and carried me through. Proud to run it in support of KultureCity . #WorldMarathonChallenge #KultureCity
