A peek inside the classroom at KIPP Troy Prep Elementary🎨✨ Our KIPPsters recently explored the work of artist Diego Rivera and learned about his famous mural La Gran Tenochtitlan. Through this lesson, students discovered the importance of murals as storytelling tools, explored the history and culture surrounding Mexico City, and discussed why Rivera's work continues to have such a lasting impact today. We love seeing our KIPPsters engage with art, history, and culture in ways that spark curiosity and meaningful conversations!
